Tommy’s Closet is a signature Student Basic Needs program that collects lightly used clothing donations from the USC community and redistributes them at no cost to students who may benefit from additional professional or everyday clothing.
Operating weekly throughout the academic year along with an annual Spring event (in collaboration with the Sustainability Hub and Undergraduate Student Government), Tommy’s Closet reduces financial barriers and promotes students’ ability to participate confidently in internships, interviews, academic settings, and student life.
This program is open to all eligible individuals. SBN operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.

Mondays from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
January 12th – May 1st, 2026
Sign up for a time slot here.
Each student can access Tommy’s Closet only ONCE BI-WEEKLY (every 2 weeks). Please make sure you bring your USCard for check-in upon arrival.
Students have up to 15 minutes to browse our closet and try their selection in our Dressing Room. Please ensure you show up on time for your assigned slot. We may not be able to accommodate late-shows.
